Multidisciplinary Team
Multidisciplinary teams share the vision for students to have access to an equitable education, fostering their cultural experiences, and supporting the areas of individualized needs.

To further progress the students' academic, social, and emotional learning a specialized group of professionals rally to shift the balance of fairness in favor of the student by managing, assessing, counseling, motivating, supporting, instructing, and facilitating. The mission is to educate students to strive for resiliency.

As a member of a multidisciplinary team, my responsibility is to be an instructional specialist that acts as a mentor and facilitator for the students and a data coach for the educational professionals. Our investment is of the utmost devotion for the students and their families to receive invaluable care.
Resources that we aim to provide are specialized intervention, speech pathology, and psychological, and physical therapy. The school professionals include: special education educators, paraprofessional aides, language therapist, school nurse, teacher, behavior intervention specialist, psychologist, and administrative support. Collectively, the multidisciplinary team identify the most effective solution to implement with guidance from the parents. The teacher's role is to conference with the parent and provide qualitative and quantitative records. Through regular consultations, strategies, adaptations, and modifications will be the catalyst for academic and personal excellence.
